摘要
讨论了将用于路面融雪化冰的碳纤维导电混凝土在制作过程中石子的选择问题,提出了在制作发热用导电混凝土铺层时,掺入石子应遵循的3个基本原则:石子的掺量不能太多;不能和标准的混凝土一样,采取合理的级配;掺入的碎石粒径不能太大.分析了集料用量对融雪化冰用碳纤维导电混凝土导电性能、抗压强度和抗折强度的影响.
The problems for choosing crushed stones in making of carbon fiber conductive concrete for deicing or snow-melting are discussed. Three principles for crushed stones in the production of the slab must be obeyed. The coarse aggregates content must be kept to a low level, the standard ratio of cement-sand-stone should not be used and large broken stones are unsuitable. The influence of the aggregates content on the electrical conductivity, compressive strength and the flexural strength of the conductive concrete are analyzed.
