干眼动物模型的研究进展
摘要
随着转基因小鼠和敲除基因小鼠的出现以及分子遗传学、免疫学等学科的飞速发展,近年来出现了大量新的干眼动物模型。用这些模型探讨了炎症、免疫反应、细胞凋亡、泪液高渗以及激素在干眼发生发展中的作用。本文对泪液分泌不足型、蒸发过强型、泪液分泌不足与泪液蒸发过强混合型干眼模型以及狗的自发性角结膜干燥症模型的优点与局限性作一综述。
