矩形钢管冷拔过程的三维有限元模拟

摘要 采用流函数法,通过建立流线型速度场对模腔形状进行了优化。使用有限元软件建立了矩形管的拉拔模型,模拟了整个冷拔过程。得到了管料的应力、应变分布及金属流动的变化规律。分析得知,管料在冷拔过程中发生不均匀变形,在矩形截面圆角处应力和等效塑性应变均大于直边,这一结论对在生产中提高钢管质量有实践指导意义。 According to the current function method, the contour of the drawing die has been optimized by creating a streamline velocity filed. Depending on the FEM software, the model of cold drawing of rectangular tube has been created and the drawing process simulated ,resulting in the distribution of stresses and strains and the rule of metal flows, showing unequal deformation of rectangular tube in the whole drawing process, with stress and equivalent plastic strain greater in the corner of rectangular section than in the straight border hence guiding significance for improving tube quality.
