摘要
利用三维CAD技术,对拉深工序件的计算方法进行了改进,并利用Pro/ENGINEER的程式设计功能,编写了拉深工序件自动计算和自动实体建模的程式。通过带凸缘多次拉深工序件的计算实例,说明了CAD自动建模的过程。应用表明,这种方法简单易行,其结果与拉深模具设计相关联,是非常实用的拉深工艺计算新方法。
An improvement on the formula to calculate the workpieces of multi-stage drawing processes based on 3D CAD and the program to compute and build the solid model automatically have been introduced with description of an example of drawing part with flange needing multi-stage drawing processes for the procedure of building the solid model automatically.This method was proved to be simple to use and the result identified with the parameters of die design,hence an applied one for calculation of the workpieces of multi-stage drawing processes.
