摘要
本文主要研究乳酸菌在茶汤中的生长情况,研究结果表明各种茶汤中保加利亚乳杆菌和嗜热链球菌1:1混合菌种在红茶中的生长情况良好,乳酸菌数量最多,培养时间为12h最佳。
this article studied the growth of Lactobacillus in tea solution. The results indicated the L. bulgaricus + S. thermophilus mixture at 1:1 ratio grew best in red tea solution with the largest number of bacteria. The best cultivation time was 12 hours.
