摘要 本文概述了欧洲市场上第一个降血压益生菌乳制品-Evolus的研究情况。采用特殊菌种-瑞士乳杆菌发酵的酸奶制品,经严格科学的工艺控制,得到高含量的降血压短肽,从而起到降低血压的作用。经多次动物实验和临床研究发现:Evolus的降血压效果明显优于其它对照产品。高血压患者每天摄入适量的Evolus产品,5-7周后,收缩压和舒张压都会明显地降低。 The study of the first fermented probiotics dairy product which can lower blood pressure in Europe - Evolus is introduced in this article. Fermented by special lactic acid bacterium (L. helveticus), and produced with strict process control, Evolus contains high level of active peptides which can lower blood pressure efficiently. Animal studies and clinical studies showed that the effect of lowering blood pressure of Evolus prevails over all control product groups. Both systolic and diastolic blood pressure of hypertensive patients can be significantly lowered after 5-7 weeks regular consumption of Evolus every day.
