摘要
本文根据内蒙古干旱区水资源的特点,研究了系统内水资源时空分布情况与社会经济和生态环境发展的矛盾与协同关系。以系统分析理论为指导,采用运筹学方法和现代计算手段进行分析,突出工程、水源、用水和地区之间的相互影响和作用,建立面向实际、面向对象的水资源合理配置数学模拟模型,对干旱区以及重要城市、灌区进行不同水平年的水资源合理配置研究,为内蒙古干旱区的水资源可持续利用与经济社会可持续发展提供科学依据。
According to the characteristics of water resources in Inner Mongolia, the contradiction and cooperation relationship between water resources and social economy was studied . Instructed by systemic analysis theory, it was analyzed by using devise strategies and modem calculation tools . In it, interaction between water resources and engineering was particularly emphasized. And it established a pretty proper mathematical model for allocating water resources in different level years in dry region and many important cities, to provide valuable scientific proofs for the sustainable use of water resources in dry region in Inner Mongolia .
