Synthesis Process Conditions of Cetane Acrylate

摘要 以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂、甲苯为溶剂和对苯二酚为阻聚剂,丙烯酸和十六酯通过直接酯化法合成了丙烯酸十六酯.实验结果表明,合成的最佳反应条件为:丙烯酸与十六酯的物质的量之比为1.2∶1,对甲苯磺酸的用量为0.6%,对苯二酚的用量为0.4%,反应温度为110℃,反应时间为5 h.在此反应条件下,丙烯酸十六酯的产率可以达到98%,产品经IR光谱和1HNMR光谱证实. Cetane acrylate was synthesized by direct-etherification from cetane alcohol and acrylic acid with p-toluene sulfuric acid as catalyst, toluene and hydroquinone as inhibiting polymerization reagent. The influence of acrylic acid and cetane alcohol, amount of catalyst and inhibitor, reaction temperature, reaction time were investigated. The conversion of product reached 98 % under the optimal experiment condition: the molar ratio of acrylic acid and cetane alcohol is 1.2: 1, the amount of p-toluene sulfuric acid is 0.6% ; the amount of hydroquinone benzenediol is 0.4%, reaction temperature is 110 ℃, reaction time is 5h. The product was tested by IR spectra and ^1HNUM.
