摘要
结合牡丹品种'朱砂垒'的生产实际,采用多元统计中主成分分析法、聚类分析法,对20种栽培基质配方进行了优劣等级的划分.首先确立'朱砂垒'的农艺指标体系,然后用主成分分析法对指标体系进行筛选,接着用聚类分析得出配方基质的优劣等级,最后就各优劣等级进行了概述,试验结果表明,当基质配方中草炭:蛭石:珍珠岩=4:3:1,且蛭石的粒径是2.5~5 mm,珍珠岩的粒径是1~3 mm时,'朱砂垒'长势最好.为今后牡丹无土栽培技术提供依据.
Substrate culture is one of important branches of soilless culture. Combined with the practice of producing Zhushalei(a Variety of Tree Peony), the author, in the first place, set up a system of agriculture indexes of Zhushalei. In the second, the system of agriculture indexes in Principal Component Analysis was selected. In the third, all formulations were divided into several good-bad scales in Clustering Analysis. The results of experiments show that when the volume ratio of mixed substrate of peat moss, vermiculite and perlite is 4 : 3 : 1, and particle diameter of vermiculite and perlite is 2.5 - 5 mm and 1 - 3 mm respectively, Zhushalei is the best. In the last, the author made a summary of good-bad scales of formulation of media, which provided scientific basis for tree poey of soilless culture.
