摘要
介绍了CO2短路过渡熔滴的重力、表面张力、电磁收缩力、气体爆破力、粘滞力的特点及对短路过渡过程的影响。分析了飞溅形成的机理和电参数对飞溅的影响,主要从材料措施、电控制措施和外加条件这3个方面综述了当前典型的减少飞溅的方法。
It introduces the influence of the forces of droplet,the surface tension,the electromagnetic pinch ,gravitation and viscosity etc on short-circuit transition,the mechanism of spatter in CO2 (carbon dioxide)short-circuit arc, welding and the influence of electrical parameter on the spatter.The typical means of reducing spatter including material measure,electric control measure, and additional condition control are summarized.
