摘要
管道多层焊视觉图像跟踪系统采用CCD获取焊缝区域图像,通过计算机处理控制行走机构,设计的跟踪算法及相应的PLC软件程序设计实现了厚板多层焊的焊缝自动跟踪。
The pipeline muhilayer welding tracking control system can acquire the seam graph with CCD ,and control the traveller by computer.The track algorithm and PLC program design realize the seam auto tracking of thick-plate of muhilayer welding.
