Discussion on the Reform of the Property Relations of State-Owned Forest in Bailongjiang Forest Region

本文在现代产权理论基础上、分析我国林权和林业产权的关系,对白龙江林区国有林产权制度改革中面临的重点和难点问题进行了初步探讨,提出该林区国有林产权制度改革的思路和对策。

Based on the modern theory of property relations, the links of forest ownership with property relations were analyzed. Problems and difficulties faced in the course of reforms were explored and corresponding measures as well as pathways to do were proposed.
