摘要
为了配合电解加工成形规律的研究和新技术的开发,对电解加工测试手段及研究方法进行了调研。实例证明,测试手段与加工技术相辅相成。将计算机辅助测试、仿真、电化学测试、SEM和AES分析手段与工艺试验相结合,有利于深入了解电解加工成形规律。提出了在一定条件下将测试手段与其他单元技术集成将产生新技术的理念。
To cooperation with the study profile rule and evaluate a new technique, we investigate and discussed the testing means for electrolytic machining. The investigation showed that test method and machining technique may complement each other. To integrate electrochemical test, computer assistant test, simulation, ESM and AES is of great benefit to an in-depth study of electrolytic machining. The novel concept is presented to integrate test means with some other element technology to form a new technique.
