摘要
压铸模具的温度场分布在压铸过程中不断变化,它对压铸件质量、模具寿命、生产率等具有重要的影响。针对压铸的特点,在压铸模传热过程合理简化的基础上,描述了适合于数值模拟的压铸模具温度场数学模型,以及求解压铸模具温度场的边界条件。并采用专用分析软件Pro-CAST对铝合金压铸件进行了压铸过程温度场数值模拟分析。
The temperature distribution of the dies in the pressure die casting are of great influence on the quality of the die casting and the life of the dies, as well as on the production rate. This paper, according to the characteristics of pressure die casting and on the base of the reasonable simplification to heat transferring process in the die, describes the mathematical models of temperature field of die in pressure die casting, as well as the corresponding boundary conditions. And the temperature field of an aluminum casting was simulated by the soft of ProCAST for die casting process.
