摘要
目的评价牙科手术显微镜对难治性根管处理的临床应用效果。方法对普通牙体牙髓病门诊转来的87例,共120个根管的难治性病例,包括根管钙化、根管充填物堵塞、器械折断、遗漏根管、下颌第二磨牙“C”形根管等,采用牙科手术显微镜,配合超声根管治疗仪及其他显微器械进行异物去除、根管预备等处理。结果总有效率为87.3%。结论牙科手术显微镜配合相关器械可以使更多的牙齿得到完善的根管治疗。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of dental operating microscope （DOM）. Methods 120 canals in 87 teeth, which could not be successfully managed by conventional methods, were endodontically treated with DOM and ultrasonic instruents. The canals treated included calcification, omitted canals, broken instruments, blocked by zinc phosphate or resinifying, and “C”-shaped canal of mandibular second molar . Results The total effective rote was 87.3 %. Conclusion The combined use of DOM and some specific instruments would greatly benefit to retaining more teeth.
