在分析旧式“雨水清除装置”存在结构不合理的基础上,介绍“下压式雨水清除装置”的设计思想、工作过程及制造中注意事项.本装置特点为清除雨水时,使上V型胶带下压成下V型,从而胶带机上的水能被顺利清除.

After pointing out irrational location of old-style rainwater-eliminating unit, the paper introduces the design ideas and working process of the new pressurizing-down style, as well as notice proceedings in fabricating it. As its characteristic, the new unit is capable of pressurizing up-Ⅴ type adhesive tape into down-Ⅴ type one so as to eliminate easily rainwater above the transporter.
