摘要
文章介绍了一种基于计算机串口通讯的运动控制插头。该运动控制插头将运动控制功能直接集成到连接计算机串行口的插头内,只需与计算机的串口连接,通过串口接收来自计算机的运动控制指令,经过嵌入在插头内部的单片机的处理,将运动控制指令转换成单轴或两轴步进电机控制脉冲和控制电平,然后将其输出到步进电机驱动单元。可实现单轴或两轴步进电机的各种运动控制,无需安装在计算机内部的扩展槽内。具有体积小巧,价格低廉,即插即用的优点,可广泛用于步进电机控制场合。
Tnis paper deals with a new type of motion controller plug based on the serial port for step motor, which is integrated into the connector plug to the serial port of computer. When the plug is in, the controller plug receives motion control instructions through the serial port and converts them into control pulses or control levels of the single-shafted or double-shafted step motors with the help of the embedded single microchip. It can realize all sorts of motion control of these two kinds of step motor without installing it in the expansion slot of computer. Tnis product is characterized by“plug and play” as well as compactness and cheapness , and widely used for step motor control.
