摘要
由于概念设计阶段的重要性在于产生产品创新的解决方案,其成为决定产品设计方案优劣的关键。TRIZ理论对创新有明确的定义并且对解决设计冲突有系统的操作方法,适合应用于产品设计的概念设计阶段。通过运用TRIZ理论,可以增强设计人员的创新意识和能力,提高革新设计方案的效率。通过对汽车部件焊装夹具的设计实例的分析,可以看出TRIZ理论在快速产生创新设计方案方面,有显著优势。
Conceptual design is crucial for the determining the characters of product design project because the innovative design ideas are mainly produced in conceptual design phase. TRIZ is a powerful tool for conceptual design, which has the clear definition of innovation and the systemic methodology for contradiction-resolving in the product design. By applying TRIZ, the innovation consciousness and the ability of resolving problems of design engineers can be improved and the innovative design project can be produced efficiently. It can be proved that TRIZ is good for obtaining the innovative design results through the analysis of the clamp design for the welding process of automobile components.
