摘要
构造了龙门铣床的有限元模型,结合工程实际,定义了龙门铣床的静刚度,进而考察了龙门铣床的动、静力学特性,以及铣头在不同工位和主轴伸出长度对铣床动、静特性的影响。探讨了重力和切削力对整机变形的影响及各主要部件对整机刚度的贡献。所得结论为龙门铣床的结构设计和改型奠定了重要的理论基础。
The dynamic and static characteristic is studied through the FEA model of the machine tool, According to the practical machining ~ the definition of static stiffness is given. When the headstock moves along the slider, the changes of the dynamic characteristic is investigated, The contribution of various assemblies to the whole stiffness is studied also. The conclusion is the important theory base of the design and remodeling.
