摘要
目的观察吡贝地尔治疗帕金森病的临床疗效。方法对50例帕金森病病人行统一评分量表(UPDRS)评分,8例新发病人未服用任何抗帕金森病药物治疗者即予吡贝地尔治疗,其余病人在原用药的基础上加用吡贝地尔。用药12周后,再次行UPDRS量表评分,比较吡贝地尔治疗前后UPDRS量表分值的差异。结果50例病人经吡贝地尔治疗后,有效35例,有效率为72.9%。治疗前后UPDRS总评分、Ⅱ分量表、Ⅲ分量表评分和震颤、肌强直症状改善评分的结果均有统计学意义。结论吡贝地尔可有效改善帕金森病病人的临床症状。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of piribedil in Parkinson＇s disease. Methods Fifty patients （pts） with Parkinson＇ s disease were treated with piribedil for 12 weeks and evaluated with UPDRS table pre- and post therapy. Results Following the therapy of piribedil, the symptom of Parkinson＇ s disease alleviated in 35 pts significantly. The value of UPDRS improved significantly. Conclusion The results suggest that there is significant therapeutic effect of piribedil for Parkinson＇ s disease.
