The design of the cam mechanism and the motion simulation by Pro/E software is introduced. Using the graph curve attribute and the relation tool of Pro/E software, the cam entity can be produced precisely and quickly. With the kinematics simulation and analysis of the motion result, the design of cam mechanism is precisely improved by the motion simulation of pro/E software.
