摘要
研究了社会控制论与政府社会治理的共同点,提出应该把社会控制论作为社会治理的理论基础,然后从控制对象选择、控制方式选择、控制因子选择三个方面研究政府社会治理创新问题。
This paper discusses the commons between the theory of social control and social governance.It maintains that the former should be the foundation of the latter.It is based on this perception the paper discusses the innovation issues in the government's social governance with respect to three aspects,i.e., choice in the objects of control,choice in the patterns of control,and choice in the factors of control.
