Grey Target Theory on Optimization Selection of Heat Exchanger

换热器的合理选择对于正常、高效生产具有较为重要的意义。针对备选的固定管板式、螺旋板式和板式三种换热器,采用灰色系统理论中新近出现的灰靶决策理论,通过对换热器指标建立标准模式、灰靶变换和计算靶心度,得出与采用别的方法分析相同的结论,采用灰靶理论可以简便计算分析过程。

Heat exchangers are one kind of commonly used equipment in chemical industrial production, and it is significant to have reasonable selection for normal and high efficient production. The latest grey target policy theory is adopted to select tube sheet, screw plate and plate heat exchangers. Same conclusion has been obtained as that used by some other methods, but in more simple way, through establishing standard pattern to indexes of heat exchangers, grey target transform and approaching degree of center of the target calculated.
