多层螺旋CT三维重建在髋关节损伤诊断的临床价值

The clinical application of 3D multi-slice helical CT in diagnosis hip trauma

目的探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建图像在髋关节损伤诊断中的价值。方法利用美国GE公司生产的LightspeedUltra八层螺旋CT机对16例髋关节损伤患者进行容积扫描,扫描完成后再进行薄层图像重建,然后将重建图像导入CT AW4.1工作站,应用AW 4.1工作站软件进行三维重建。结果多层螺旋CT三维重建图像能最全面、直观的显示相应的髋关节骨折和髋关节脱位的部位、类型、程度及关节腔内骨碎片情况。结论多层螺旋CT三维重建图像对髋臼骨折和髋关节脱位的诊断具有重要的应用价值,其影像表现可为临床制定手术方案和手术内固定器械选择提供可靠依据。

Objective To investigate the applied value of multi-slice CT（MSCT） in diagnosis of hip trauma.Methods 16 cases were examed with volume scans by GE Lightspeed Ultra 8 MSCT, then the images in thin slice were reconstructed. After that , all the soua-ce images were transferred into AW 4.1 work stations, and three dimensional reconstruction was completed through work station software function. Results MSCT 3-dimension imaging could produce clear and comprehensive images in the location , type, severity of acetabular fracture and dislocation of hip or piece of fracture. Conclusion The MSCT throe dimensional reconstruction was very tkseful in the diagnosis of acetabular fracture and dislocation of hips. It is of high value in clinical practice.
