冷冻血小板临床应用的比较研究

Clinical study on refrigeration blood platelets

目的研究冷冻血小板临床应用的有效性与安全性。方法观察常温血小板与冷冻血小板输注对各类患者的有效率,冷冻血小板输注的有效人次占输注人次的比例,输注后血小板提升的人次占输注人次的比例,输注后血小板提升的中位值,输注后24 h实际血小板增高指数(CCI)水平及不良反应。结果输注常温法及冷冻法保存的血小板分别为68人131人份和103人187人份,有效率分别为95.59%(65/68)、85.50%(112/131)与88.35%(91/103)、88.77%(166/187);非血液病患者输注常温法与冷冻法保存的血小板输注后血小板提升的中位值差异有显著性。冷冻血小板对所观察到的血液病、恶性肿瘤及其他疾病的输注疗效差异无显著性,输注后24 h CCI的中位数为4.95,过敏反应2人份占1.07%。结论冷冻血小板适用于输注血小板的各类患者,疗效肯定、安全可靠。

Objective To estimate the efficacy and safety of refrigeration blcod platelets in clinical patients.Methods The efficiency of regular method and the refrigeration blcod platelets transfuse was compared the valid person-time who had been transfused the refrigeration blcod platelets was compared to the person-time at share; the share of valid person-time in aU person-time who had been transfused the refrigeration blcod platelets ;the median of platelets count increment value after transfusion;CCI level of 24 hour after transfusion ; the number of patients with adverse transfusion reactions were observed. Results Each kind of sufferer who had been transfused the blcod platelets of the regular method and the refrigeration method were 68 peoples 131 person-time and 103 peoples 187 persontime respectively ,with efficiency 95.59% （65/68）, 85.50%（112/131） and 88.35% （91/103）, 88.77% （166/187） ;The sufferer of non-blcod disease by transfused the blcod platelets of the regular method and the refrigeration method keep relatively has showed the difference in the median of platelets count increment value after transfusion. The curative effect of frozen blcod platelets on blcod disease , malignant tumor and other disease observes , did not show any difference . The median of CCI at 24 hour after transfusion was 4.95, with 2 Allergy. Conclusion The frcze.n blcod platelets is applicable to each kind of sufferer who note the blcod platelets at suit , its clinical curative effect is valid and safe.
