摘要
通过对哈三电厂4号600 MW汽轮机组7瓦进行不揭缸改造的技术分析,阐述了将原设计的圆筒式轴承改造为三瓦块可倾瓦的可行性,以及7瓦改造检修工艺过程.运行实践表明,此次改造有效地解决了汽轮机6~8号轴承温度高的问题.
Feasibility of changing from original barrel type bearing to pitching type bearing consisting of three bearing liners through technical analysis of No. 7 bearing liner reformed under the condition of uncovering cylinder of No. 4 generating unit in Harbin No. 3 Electric Power Plant was discussed, and its process of reforming and maintaining was introduced. The operation practice showed that the improvement solved efficiently the temperature of bearing from No. 6 to No. 8 over the expected one.
