几种粘结剂对铸造涂料强度的影响

摘要 作者研究了在铸造涂料中加入不同有机或无机粘结剂后的抗弯强度.结果表明:1)有机粘结剂一般可以提高涂料的常温强度,但会破坏涂料的高温强度;2)水玻璃和硅溶胶不能有效地提高涂料的高温强度;3)磷酸和硫酸铝可有效地提高涂料常温和高温强度. The bending strength of foundry coating added with several organic or inorganic binders was studied in this paper.The experimental results show, 1) the room temperature strength of coating can be raised by organic binders, but tb'ey always have harmful influence on bonding strength at elevated temperatures;2) the sodium silicate and silica sol are not effective binders for increasing the hot strength;3) the alumium sulphate and phosphoric acid can effectively raise the strength of foundry coating at room temperature and elevated temperature.
