从零件尺寸链和工艺尺寸链入手,阐述了假废品现象产生的原因,分布范围,以及如何采取工艺措施减少假废品对加工过程的影响。
Based on analysis of the sizes chain, the article states reasons of producing fake waster and its distribution area. It also states how to decrease its influence on the mechanical process by technological measures.
