摘要
介绍了一种利用超声波检测技术对轴承球进行无损检测的装置和检测方法。这种方法不受球的材质影响,对球表面粗糙度的要求不高。根据不同缺陷对应不同的缺陷波的特点,可以实现对有缺陷轴承球的自动识别。
This paper introduced an ultrasonic inspecting instrument and a method used to inspect and sort out bearing balls with defects, the method can be used to inspect balls made of vaeious materials about its internal or surface defects, and high quality of the surface of balls is not necessary. It is easy to realize automatic sorting according to corresponding waves produced by different defects.
