摘要
航空发动机涡轮转子设计是一个反复协调的过程,其中存在着大量结构尺寸的调整工作。笔者引入了近年来普遍提及的参数化思想,用于涡轮转子的结构设计与分析中。针对涡轮转子结构复杂的特点,采用了图形分解思想来实现涡轮转子的结构参数化。以UG、ANSYS软件为平台进行二次开发,在此基础上通过公共参数关联实现了设计与分析的集成。
Aero engine turbine rotor design is a repeated process that needs much time. There is much work to do to adjust the structural size. The parametric method is used in the process of turbine rotor design and analysis in this paper. Due to the complexity of a turbine rotor, a new method based on graphics decomposition is presented to meet the requirments for parametric design of turbine rotors. Using UG and ANSYS as plats, the linkage and integration between design and analysis are realized by transferring the communal parameters in this paper.
