分析了应用中ＩＧＢＴ经常损坏的原因，提供了过流保护中的具体参数，并根据作者在实际应用中的体会和经验。
The paper analyzes the reason why IGBTs are often destroyed in their applications.Based on the experience got in their practical applications,the authors propose their opinions on the IGBT quality and the rationalization of the current protection desigh of the drive circuit.
