摘要
介绍了我国硝酸工业生产现状和各种生产方法并加以评述.考虑到技术、原料、设备制造和环保等因素,建议新建硝酸装置建设规模为:除个别需求外,30 kt/a以下小型硝酸装置不宜再建设;30~80 kt/a中型硝酸装置宜采用加压法,以改进型中压法为主,50 kt/a以上亦可考虑双加压法;100 kt/a以上大型硝酸装置宜采用国产化双加压法.
An introduction is given of the present status of industrial production of nitric acid in China and various processes used, and a commentary is offered. In consideration of such factors as technology, feed stock, equipment fabrication and environmental protection, it is proposed that the scale of new nitric acid units to be constructed be as follows: it is inadvisable to build more units of less than 30 kt/a, except for particular demand ; for medium-scale ones of 30 - 80 kt/a, pressurized processes are suitable, mainly modified medium-pressure processes, and for units of more than 50 kt/ a, dual-pressure processes may also be considered; and as for large units of more than 100 kt/a, the localized dual-pressure process is appropriate.
