摘要 由于脱碳再生系统运行较差,CO2中夹带的碳酸钾在脱氢催化剂上发生沉积并在CO2压缩机叶轮上形成污垢,导致脱氢反应器压差无法稳定控制和CO2压缩机功耗上升。为此在脱碳再生塔与CO2压缩机一段入口分离器之间增设洗涤器,比较圆满地解决了CO2夹带碳酸钾的问题。 Due to the poor operation of the regeneration system in the CO2 removal section, the potassium carbonate entrained in CO2 precipitates in the dehydrogenation catalyst and leads to fouling of the impeller of the CO2 compressor, resulting in the unsteady control of the pressure differential in the dehydrogenator and a rise in power consumption of the CO2 compressor. Therefore, a scrubber is added between the regenerator in the CO2 removal section and the separator at the inlet of the first stage of the compressor, thereby solving successfully the problem of entrainment of potassium carbonate in CO2.
