摘要
对常规电除尘器不同极距最佳极线配置和相应的极板电流密度分布进行了优化试验研究,确定了燃煤电厂常规电除尘器的最佳极距和极线配置。在不降低电除尘器效率的情况下,可以节省钢材消耗量,减少投资。
Experiment reseach has been conducted tO optimize the deploy of corona wires in different ploe distances and corresponding current density distribution on the collector plates in conventional ESP, and the optimum plate distances and deploy of the corona wires are defined for conventional ESP in the coal - fired POwer plants, which shows, that it is possibleto reduce the steel consuption and investment in building ESP without lowering their collection efficiency.
