Application of infrequent-restriction-site PCR in bacteria genotyping
摘要
细菌分型是流行病学研究的一个重要手段,对控制感染至关重要。细菌分型的方法有多种,其中,低频限制性位点聚合酶链反应是近年新建立的一种科学有效的分型方法,本文就其分型原理、过程及在细菌分型中的应用进行综述。
