幽门螺杆菌体内试验的研究现状
Progress of research on helicobacter pylori experiment in vivo
摘要
幽门螺杆菌(Hp)体内试验是研究Hp致病机制与免疫机制,验证致病因子的依据,并用于临床药品、疫苗与治疗方案的探索,它包括动物体内和人体内试验,常用于该试验的动物有猪、小鼠、蒙古沙鼠、大鼠、狗、猴等。本文就幽门螺杆菌体内试验的类型、方法、特点等方面对该领域现状作了综述。
