摘要
探讨如何利用Web Service技术构建新一代多层分布式防洪调度决策支持系统,解决了调度系统与其他不同平台的异构系统之间的互操作性问题。实例应用表明:基于Web Service的防洪调度决策支持系统具有良好的跨平台性和强大的交互性能。
Traditional flood control and decision support system has poor capability to come across different platforms, different programming languages and firewalls,which makes it difficult to communicate with other systems. To solve the inter-operative problem between flood control system and other differ-architecture applications of different platforms, this paper discusses how to build a new multilayer distributed system of flood control and decision support by using web service.
