犬冠状病毒病的新临床特征研究

Research on the new clinical character of canine coronavirus

采用犬冠状病毒酶联免疫检测试纸,发现42只感染冠状病毒犬。通过临床诊断,血常规检查和部分康复犬中和抗体测定,结果表明:犬冠状病毒不仅引起胃肠炎,而且还可引起肝炎、神经炎和呼吸道炎症;冠状病毒不仅可单独感染,还可和细小病毒、犬瘟热病毒混合感染;冠状病毒犬排毒时间为2～4周,康复犬可产生中和抗体。

42 canine coronavirus dogs have been diagnosed by anigen rapid CCV Ag test kit. The result shows that the virus causes not only dog＇s gastroenteris, but also infection of the upper respiratory, hepatitis and neuritis, that CCV can be infected alone, but also together with CDV and CPV, and that CCV and canine anti-coronavirus can be measured in recovered dog＇s stool and serum respectively within 2 to 4 weeks.
