摘要 本研究利用水利学模拟和光敏非侵入式流速测量仪,对多年来研究文献中推荐的和实际生产中使用的几种典型三层阶梯式浇注系统的充型特点进行了观察,对充型期间各层内洗口流速的变化进行了动态测量,并对实验结果给予了分析和概括。 A step gating system often used in the production of large castings whila one knows little adout it. For many years the study of step gating system did not get much development mainly because having no proper measuring equipment. Based on no quantitative results one is not clear whether a step gating system is better than the other one,In this paper, the mold-filling characteristic of several typical tkrse-step gatingsystems recommended in literature for years and applied in foundry praxis was observed by using the hydraulic simulation and the non-invadini photosensitive velometer.The variatin of flow velocity at each ingate during the mold-filling process was also meas-red dynamically. The experimental results were analysed and summarized.
