复合土钉墙变形数值模拟与设计参数优化组合 被引量:6

摘要 采用非线性有限元法和正交试验原理,对复合土钉墙的设计参数:土钉倾角、土钉间距、土钉长度布置进行了优化组合研究。结果表明,复合土钉墙的各设计参数不如常规土钉墙那样具有强烈的交互影响,各因素单独最优就可以达到整体设计的最优组合。为控制复合土钉墙墙身最大水平变形量,应优先考虑调整土钉长度的布置,加长中间排土钉的长度,其次考虑减小土钉间距,最后考虑加大土钉倾角;而将最长土钉放于中间排、减小土钉间距、加大最下排土钉倾角是复合土钉墙设计的参数最优组合。 Nonlinear analysis of FEM and orthogonal test are applied to optimize the design parameters of composite soil-nailed retaining waU such as inclination of soil nail, the allocation and length of soil nail, and the spacing of soil nail. The results indicate that all the parameters are almost independent, but not as those for general soil- nailed retaining wall. It is concluded that adjusting spacing of soil nail is the first to be considered in order to control the largest horizontal deformation of retaining wall, then reducing spacing of soil nail, and the last, increasing the inclination of soil nail. It also reveals the optimization plan is allocation d the longest soll nail in middle rows with smaller spacing and larger inclination of soil nail.
