甲状腺自身免疫性抗体在桥本甲亢和Graves病中的诊断价值探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨促甲状腺激素受体抗体(TRAb)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)在诊断桥本甲状腺功能亢进症(Hashitoxicosis)和毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿(Graves disease,GD)中的意义。方法经临床诊断的桥本甲状腺功能亢进症患者和GD患者共100例,其中桥本甲状腺功能亢进症患者37例,男10例,女27例,平均年龄34.9岁;GD63例,男11例,女52例,平均年龄35.4岁。分别测定两组患者血清TRAb、TPOAb、TGAb水平,分析其血清TRAb、TPOAb、TGAb的关系。结果结果显示甲状腺自身免疫性抗体TRAb、TPOAb、TGAb水平在桥本甲状腺功能亢进症和Graves病患者中分别为21.33±15.36(IU/L)和19.85±16.24(IU/L)、42.15±36.06和981.22±48.71、28.36±20.36和751.67±1106.6,经统计学检验,TRAb在两者间的差异不具有显著意义,而TPOAb和TGAb在两者间的差异具有显著意义。结论TRAb在鉴别诊断桥本甲状腺功能亢进症和GD时不具有特殊价值,而TPOAb、TGAb的检测对二者的鉴别诊断具有重要意义。
