培养高素质的医学检验专业人才是高等医学教育研究的新课题。根据本专业的培养目标及特点,注重培养学生的科研能力和创新能力是重要的、行之有效的途径之一。为此,我们在医学检验专业本科学生的教学过程中始终围绕和贯彻这一宗旨。经过连续12届学生的教学实践,培养了学生较强的综合、分析、解决实际问题能力和创新能力。这一教学改革实践收到了良好的效果,深受历届毕业学生的欢迎,得到了同行专家、社会的肯定及赞同。

To cultivate the talents of medical laboratory is a new topic of higher medical education. According to the aim and characteristic of medical laboratory, to pay attention to cultivate the students ＇ scientific research and creative abilities is one of the important paths. Therefore, the teaching process for the undergraduate is always based on the aim. Through the cultivation and practice of continuous 12 rounds, the students show stronger abilities to synthesize, analyze, solve actual problem. The practice has got a good result. It is deeply welcomed by the graduate of all previous sessions, and has got recognition from peer experts and the society.
