摘要
目的研究妇产科学教学中PBL教学方法应用的效果。方法随机选取具有可比性的PBL教学实验班(28人)和传统教学对照班(61人),PBL教学实验班的教学采用PBL教学方法,对照班采用传统教学方法。采用阶段考试和期末考试相结合的方法,进行教学效果的评估。结果PBL教学实验班学生的期末考试成绩与传统教学班的学生考试成绩相比无明显统计学差异(P>0.05),但PBL教学实验班学生的PBL阶段考试和期末考试的病例分析题的成绩均显著优于传统教学班(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论PBL教学方法并不影响学生对基础知识、知识要点和难点的掌握,对于临床思维方面的培养PBL教学方法显著优于传统教学方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of problem - based learning (PBL) using in the gynecology and obstetrics course. Methods PBL class ( study class, n = 28 ) and traditional teaching class ( control class , n = 61 ) were selected randomly. Study class was taught by using PBL, while control class was taught by using traditional teaching methods. The teaching effect was assessed by combination of stage test and term exam. Result The scores of stage test and the scores of case analysis in term exam of PBL class were higher than those of control class(P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05), while the scores of term exam had no significant difference( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion PBL teaching method had no effect on grasp of basement knowledge, key points and difficult points, which had more advantage in training of clinical thinking than traditional teaching method.
