摘要
现场因素复杂多变,造成了里氏硬度计测量值的不确定性。依据里氏硬度计的原理,通过分析振动、温度和填充介质等影响因素,分别计算了测量结果并加以对比。结果表明,振动环境下的测量结果无效,温度偏差的影响可以通过误差修正加以消除,充满液体介质时的测量结果比较精确。
The on-the-spot factor is complicated and changeable. It caused the uncertainty of measurement value of Richter scale sclerometer. According to Richter scale sclerometer principle, through analysis of vibration, temperature, pack medium, etc. influence factor, we calculate the measurement result and compare it individually. Finally, we confirm that the measurement result under the vibration environment is invalid. The influence of temperature deviation can be dispelled through error revise, and the measurement result is more accurate full of liquid medium.
