本文对《绿色照明》的目的和意义做了描述，同时，运用大量资料、数据分析论证了通过推进中国《绿色照明》工程所产生的社会和经济效益．
The purpose and meaning of 《Green Lights》 are described in this paper. The author has made intensive analysis and demonstration based upon a lot of im formation and data. It will bring social and economic beneficial results by implementing 《Green Lights》 in China.
