摘要
采用汽提法对电镀含氰废水进行现场试验。结果表明,在进水CN-的质量浓度为364mg/L时,出水CN-的质量浓度为0.34mg/L,达到了污水综合排放标准的要求。另外汽提吸收法能够充分利用废热蒸汽,回收CN-可得到亚铁氰化钠(黄血钠盐)产品,降低企业生产成本。
Steam stripping process was used in treatment of cyanogen-containing wastewater from plating industry. The results showed that, when the mass concentration of CN^- in influent water was 364 mg/L, the mass concentration of CN^- in effluent water reached 0.34 mg/L, which met the demand of Integrated Wastewater discharge Standard. Steam stripping adsorption process could also make the best use of waste-heating vapor, Sodium ferrocyanide could be obtained through the reclaim of CN^-, and the production cost of the corporation was decreased.
