摘要
阐述“团队”、“团队工作”理论内涵,详述学生“团队工作”能力培养模式的四个阶 段、主要内容和阶段目标,并初步确立团队工作效绩评价的指标体系和评估方法。
The theoretic content of team and team work were explained and four stages, main content, and stage aims of team work capacity building model were explored in detailed. Team work efficiency evaluation's indicators and evaluation approaches were established.
