摘要
现代远程教育理论构建自主学习的过程,体现了“以人为本”的教育理念。它把个人的意识形态方面的内容,通过人的心理产生重要影响和作用来表达个人的需求。文章从人本主义心理学的内涵、如何实现自主学习的作用、人本主义心理学支撑自主学习的“四要素”和创新自我对自主学习的主体作用等方面提出了个人的观点和看法。
During the course of constructing the self- directed study pattern in the modem distance education, it embodies the educational concept “focusing on the human”. The content of personal ideology is used to convey personal requirement by the important effect and influence which is made by the personal psychology in this concept. The essay puts forward personal idea and opinions of the following ways: the connotation of the humanism psychology; how to accomplish the effect of the self- directed study pattern; “four elements” of the self- directed study pattern supported by the humanism psychology; the subject effect of the self- directed study pattern from self- innovating.
