将肠膜明串珠菌,植物乳杆菌,短乳杆菌分别接种在A1-A8培养基上进行培养.观察其生长状况,并将这三种菌长势良好的几种培养基进行综合对比,拟设新培养基A9-A12进行二次筛选,得到A11是肠膜明串珠菌的最适培养基.A5和A12为植物乳杆菌的最适培养基,短乳杆菌的最适培养基是A12.

The Leuconostoc mesenteroides, LaetobaeiUus plantnrum and LaetobaeiUus brevis inoculate in the A1 - A8 mediums to educate respectively. Observing its growth condition, compared the mediums in which germs grow well and synthesized, prepare new mediums of A9 - A12 to test again, the result show that the A11 is Leuconostoc mesenteroides＇ most suitable medium, the A5 and A12 are LactobaciUus plantnrum＇s most suitable medium, the most suitable medium of LactobaciUus brevis is A12.
