摘要
白曲霉在酿酒工业上具有重要作用,可用于麸曲白酒生产.本文采用正交试验的方法,比较了白曲霉一级种培养基中的FeSO4、蔗糖、豆汁浓度及柠檬酸四种成分对白曲霉糖化酶活力的影响,从中筛选出一组适宜白曲霉一级种生长的培养基配方.
Aspergillus candidum plays an important part in wine making industry, for it is used to produce bran wine. By means of orthogonal experiment, this article compared the influence of four dements in the first - degree species medium, FeSO4, sucrose, he density of soya bean milk and lemon acid, on the vitality of saccharified enzyme in order to select a best medium formula which is more suitable for the living of aspergiUus candidum.
